Authorization and Charge: When you complete your purchase, an authorization for the total order amount will be placed on your payment method. The final charge will be processed immediately after the order is confirmed.

Billing Descriptor: The charge on your bank or credit card statement will appear under an identifiable name, usually “SP * LAVESTIER” or similar, so you can easily recognize the transaction.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to perform additional security checks to protect against fraudulent transactions. If our system flags your order, we may contact you to request additional information and verify your identity before processing the shipment. If we cannot verify the legitimacy of an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive two important emails:

  1. Order Confirmation: An automated email from Lavestier.com with a summary of your purchase, order number, and product details.
  2. Payment Receipt: An official receipt of the processed transaction.

If you do not receive these emails within one hour, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.

6. Payment Issues

If you experience any issues while attempting to make a payment, we recommend the following:

  • Double-check that the card details (number, expiration date, CVV) are entered correctly.
  • Ensure that the billing address matches the one registered with your bank.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm there are no blocks or restrictions on online purchases.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for approved returns, cancellations, or any other reason will only be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, we issue it immediately. However, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
