How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track the status of your delivery in real time.
What should I do if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt so we can begin to resolve the issue.
Lost orders: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team at support@lavestier.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may not be guaranteed, as your order may already be in process or have been shipped.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
No, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Returns and refunds
What is the return period?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
What are the conditions for an item to be eligible for return?
We offer returns under the following conditions:
Return period: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of the item: Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase: required for all returns.
How do I request a refund?
Please contact customer service: Email support@lavestier.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, any photos that justify it.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take longer to post the refund.
